We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At FirstKey Homes, we are dedicated to providing quality housing solutions, and our marketing department is a high-energy group of professionals who value innovation and results. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of Marketing and Brand Experience, where you will take ownership of our email and SMS marketing strategy to help us reach our growth and retention targets. We value candidates who are proactive, analytical, and ready to make a significant impact on our customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute comprehensive email and SMS campaigns, focusing on sophisticated automation, segmentation, and personalization to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- You will analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, while conducting regular A/B testing to optimize our messaging and targeting strategies.
- You will collaborate closely with our sales team and external vendors to ensure our communications align with broader business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing strategy and a passion for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience building and scaling cross-functional email and SMS campaigns using modern platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or Dynamics.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, or XML to assist with email development.
- A solid understanding of email best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a sharp eye for copywriting and proofreading.
- An analytical mindset, with experience using data to solve complex problems and improve performance.
- Preferred experience includes knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, e-commerce marketing, and familiarity with creative tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
