We are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Pushpay, where we empower organizations to build community through our mobile apps and management software. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our B2B nurture programs to drive sales readiness and deepen audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
- Write compelling, high-performing email copy while adhering to best practices for deliverability and compliance.
- Manage campaign setup, testing, and reporting within our marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with segment marketing managers to create targeted messaging for various customer tiers.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize future initiatives.
- Maintain our internal email marketing documentation to ensure transparency across the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving compliance regulations like GDPR and ADA.
- Work cross-functionally with sales enablement, web marketing, and automation teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Must-haves
- Four or more years of marketing experience, with at least three years specifically focused on managing and writing for email programs.
- Expertise in B2B email copywriting and a proven track record of managing high-value email campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation software, specifically Marketo.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, design principles, and compliance standards.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Ability to build and manage detailed performance reporting processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using Google Analytics for tracking and optimization.
- Proficiency in Tableau for advanced data reporting.
- Background in landing page conversion optimization.

The compensation range for this position is $62,397 - $83,753 per year, with individual pay determined by location and experience.
