About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager for a full-time, hybrid position. In this role, you will take ownership of our nurture email strategy, from planning and copywriting to execution and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our B2B prospects receive high-value content that drives them toward sales-readiness, all while maintaining our brand voice and optimizing for deliverability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including writing compelling copy and managing campaign setups within our marketing automation platform.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize email layouts, calls to action, and overall engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with segment marketing managers and the sales enablement team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on managing and writing copy for email programs.
- Proficiency with marketing automation software, preferably Marketo, and familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, design best practices, and compliance regulations such as GDPR.
- Proven ability to conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.
- Experience with Tableau for reporting is strongly preferred.
Location
This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $62,000 to $84,000. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and includes:
