The role

We are seeking a Junior Email Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, offering you the chance to work closely with our Director of CRM. You will play a vital part in shaping how we connect with our customers, helping us build a sophisticated lifecycle marketing program that reflects our commitment to quality and community.

Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end email production process, from initial campaign ideation and creative briefing to final deployment and quality assurance.
• Collaborate across departments, including creative, merchandising, and data teams, to design and execute a cohesive customer engagement calendar.
• Use our CRM platforms to build automated journeys, implement A/B testing strategies, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in digital marketing and a drive to learn. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in campaign management within modern CRM platforms.
• A solid understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies and the use of analytics tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Compensation and benefits

We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and dedication. We offer an annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, plus an annual bonus.
