The role:

We are looking for a highly organized and passionate Email Marketing Associate to join the marketing team at Nuts.com. This role reports to the Director of CRM and will play an integral role in transforming how we engage with our growing customer base & wider CRM ecosystem.

This individual should have a good understanding of email & lifecycle marketing best practices, preferably within a growth-phase ecommerce company. They will build on their existing email expertise to help craft both a compelling campaign calendar and cohesive triggered ecosystem to nurture our growing customer base.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer lifecycle, email marketing operations, and analytics, with a proven track record of working within CRM platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, merchandising, data, and product teams to develop a compelling and cohesive customer engagement program.
  • Strategically plan a full CRM campaign calendar, execute campaigns, and analyze results to optimize performance.
  • Leverage our email service provider (ESP) and customer data platform (CDP) to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests and experiments, and build targeted customer segments for personalization.
  • Manage the end-to-end email production process, including ideation, briefing requests, coordinating creative assets, approvals, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Ensure all email campaigns align with best practices for segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability, and sender reputation.
  • Partner with the analytics team to interpret performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize retention strategies.
  • Explore additional CRM channels, including SMS marketing, push notifications, and other omnichannel touchpoints to enhance customer engagement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-3 years campaign management experience working within a modern CRM platform, bonus points for Iterable experience
  • Experience in email personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and performance reporting to optimize email marketing efforts.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and providing input on email copywriting, subject lines, and design.
  • Strong attention to detail with data, copy, design, offer terms, etc.
  • Familiarity with email analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI dashboards) to measure and optimize program performance.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
