The role

We are hiring a Senior Email Marketing and CRM Specialist on a full-time hybrid basis. You will join our Content team in the Netherlands and take ownership of the email, automation and CRM work that drives user activation, engagement and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve automated multi-channel workflows (email, SMS, push, in-app) that deliver the right message at each stage of the tenant and landlord journey.
• Own our CRM marketing activities, maintain the contact database, ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance, and act as the internal stakeholder for all marketing emails.
• Run segmentation, A/B tests and data analysis in tools such as Mixpanel to refine personalisation, lift open and click-through rates, and report on the metrics that matter.

Skills and experience

• At least three years of hands-on experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM.
• Proven work with platforms such as HubSpot and analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
• Strong command of customer segmentation, automation, retention workflows, A/B testing and email deliverability best practices.
• Excellent English copywriting skills; additional languages are welcome.
• Experience with SMS, push notifications or in-app messaging, and background in online marketplaces or classifieds, are both advantageous.
