Our Demand Generation team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced marketer who can turn customer insight into campaigns that expand our reach and deepen engagement.
About the Role
Email Lifecycle Marketing Lead – Full Time, On-site. In this position you will own Watershed’s end-to-end lifecycle marketing program, blending database stewardship, HubSpot automation, and targeted email campaigns that accelerate pipeline for both prospects and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle strategies that nurture prospects from first touch through conversion and keep customers engaged after purchase.
- Build, launch, and continuously optimize email campaigns-including onboarding sequences, event invitations, product updates, and customer communications-while coordinating with design on templates and creative.
- Segment audiences by industry, persona, and buying stage, run A/B tests, and analyze performance metrics to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, including strategy development and execution of persona- and industry-based campaigns inside a CRM such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Expert-level command of email marketing, both strategic planning and day-to-day campaign management, with a track record of driving measurable ROI.
- Strong enterprise demand-generation experience, complemented by comfort experimenting with new tactics and creative approaches.
- Proven ability to collaborate across marketing operations, sales, and product marketing teams, translating stakeholder needs into actionable campaigns.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Terminus, AdRoll, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
Location
This role is based in our San Francisco office (preferred) or our New York City office and requires on-site collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $154,000 – $180,000 USD.
