What you'll be doing
- You will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to drive engagement and retention across our properties that reach millions of consumers every month.
- You will act as a hands-on lead by consistently A/B testing creative elements, subject lines, and messaging to ensure our performance metrics remain best in class.
- You will analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to present results, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions that improve our overall marketing lifecycle and business outcomes.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- Four to eight years of dedicated experience in email marketing and remarketing.
- Extensive background in the performance marketing and lead generation industry.
- Proven ability to deliver on key company results and scale messaging revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using BI tools like Looker, as well as Excel and G Suite.
- An insatiable curiosity and a deep drive to win, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A strong understanding of consumer psychology and a desire to solve pain points through quality content.
What you'll get
