What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Email Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting high-performing email campaigns that resonate with our users. You will be based in Spain and will contribute your expertise in design, product strategy, and digital production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing visually compelling emails that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Developing engaging content and light copywriting in English to ensure a strong narrative flow.
• Optimizing the customer journey by applying best practices in usability, accessibility, and email design principles.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of technical proficiency and a proactive, autonomous mindset. You should have 2 to 4 years of experience in email production and a solid grasp of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. We require a basic understanding of HTML to ensure your designs are functional across various devices and platforms. Because we work in a fast-paced environment, you must be comfortable managing stakeholders and balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English is essential, and you should be prepared to handle the unique constraints of email design, such as responsive layouts and accessibility requirements.
