As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Senior Email and SMS Marketing Assistant to join our team in Latvia.
What you'll be doing
- Develop content using AI tools and collaborate with our creative team to produce materials that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Execute and schedule email campaigns with high precision, while conducting deliverability tests to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor daily campaign results, perform A/B testing, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
You are a proactive professional with a strong interest in mastering email and SMS marketing. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- A marketing mindset that understands audience needs and allows you to craft compelling, resonant messaging.
- Strong analytical skills, including foundational Excel proficiency, to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions.
- A results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement through testing and learning.
- Fluency in English, which is our primary working language.
