We are currently looking for a passionate engineer to join our Hardware Test Engineering team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the high reliability of our V-BAT vehicle by creating innovative in-house electrical and mechanical testing solutions that perform under both ambient and harsh environmental conditions.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Electrical Test & Rapid Prototype Engineer II. We are looking for a junior-level professional who is eager to grow their skills in aerospace hardware development and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering the most reliable technology in the industry.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the requirements gathering, design, and validation processes for various test stands used to evaluate components and subsystems for the V-BAT.
- Design and develop simple to moderately complex PCBs that serve as the interface between your test stands and the devices under test.
- Utilize Python to build fully automated test sequences while working with a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLCs, relays, and harnessing.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or possess equivalent professional experience.
- You have a solid grasp of fundamental engineering concepts, including physics, mathematics, programming, and mechanical engineering.
- You have practical experience with multidisciplinary hardware projects, whether from internships, personal projects, or previous work.
- You are proficient in Python or other scripting languages.
- You have experience using Altium or similar PCB schematic and layout tools.
- You are comfortable using SolidWorks or other CAD software for design tasks.
- You demonstrate a history of taking ownership of your work and delivering excellent results under pressure.
