We specialize in designing and manufacturing control and power management solutions for high-stakes industries, including defense, medical, semiconductor, and industrial automation. If you are passionate about ground-up system design and want to work on complex, demanding applications, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical and electronic design process for our proprietary products and custom client applications, covering everything from initial requirements to final product sustainment.
- Develop advanced systems for motion control and power conversion, including schematic creation, PCB design, and rigorous design verification through analysis and testing.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team, program managers, and leadership to ensure projects meet performance goals, budgets, and schedules while assisting with risk mitigation and customer demonstrations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in electrical systems and a commitment to technical excellence. We require the following qualifications:
- A BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in digital and analog circuit design, power electronics, and microcontroller-based systems.
- Proven expertise with electric motors, drive electronics, and power conversion circuits.
- Proficiency in Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, along with experience using circuit simulation tools like PSpice.
- Practical, hands-on experience in both PCB-level and system-level electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various communication protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet, Modbus, and SPI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a desk or standing for extended periods.
What we offer
