The role
We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, designed for someone early in their career who is eager to take on new challenges. You will work within a collaborative environment that balances office-based teamwork with the flexibility of remote work.
Core responsibilities
- Support our product management team and cross-functional squads by optimizing our website to drive conversion rates and lead generation.
- Manage a diverse range of initiatives, including user experience improvements, product launches, and the execution of site-wide experiments.
- Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to influence product strategy and ensure we are consistently delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in product management, experimentation, or conversion rate optimization within the ecommerce or technology sectors.
- Proven experience working within an Agile framework.
- A strong ability to make data-informed decisions and a solid understanding of experimental design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively alongside developers, designers, and analysts.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a natural curiosity that drives you to ask questions and seek out innovative solutions.
