We are looking for a dedicated eCommerce Acquisition Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Our organization focuses on driving growth through sophisticated digital channels, and we need a leader who can oversee our traffic generation strategies and shopper site entry points. In this role, you will work in direct partnership with our Director of eCommerce and Director of Marketing to refine our marketing direction, optimize our performance, and provide detailed reporting on our digital initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness, site traffic, and customer engagement.
- Oversee all paid and organic media efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, mobile marketing, display advertising, and YouTube campaigns.
- Take charge of selecting and managing external agencies and third-party vendors to help us scale our digital presence.
- Partner with our creative and marketing departments to build the operational workflows necessary for successful email marketing programs.
- Define clear KPIs and maintain regular performance reporting across all marketing channels.
- Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on improving program effectiveness and maximizing the return on investment for our marketing spend.
- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to keep our strategies competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our brand strategy aligns with our long-term company goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this senior-level position, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a proven ability to manage complex campaigns. We require the following qualifications:
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and Email Marketing.
- A deep understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape.
- Professional proficiency in the English language.
- Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
