We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Marketplace Manager to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. At We Are Eves, we operate a leading community-driven review platform that empowers consumers with honest beauty advice, and we are currently backed by the founders of major platforms like Bol.com and Vivino to help us reach our goal of 100 million page views.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our platform operations, overseeing everything from product listings to the final checkout process.
Build and lead a cross-functional team that includes members from content, performance marketing, data, and email departments.
Develop and implement creative, data-driven strategies to accelerate revenue growth and elevate our platform.
Monitor key performance indicators to guide business decisions and ensure we hit our targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns across SEO, social media, and email channels.
Work alongside our technical teams to ensure our infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and modern.
Optimize the customer journey by analyzing shopping behaviors within the beauty industry.
Manage the e-commerce budget effectively to meet our ambitious growth objectives.
Execute and refine conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize sales.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically with a focus on scaling platforms.
A proven track record of using data-driven insights to achieve measurable growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency with performance marketing tools, campaign management, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Experience working with international teams and scaling operations across borders.
Fluency in English.
