We are currently looking for a talented and creative E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Our company is dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers through exceptional culinary experiences, and we need a strategic professional to help us grow. This is a hybrid role based in Chile, where you will play a key part in shaping our digital presence and driving success for both our B2C and B2B sales channels. Responsibilities
- Lead our digital growth strategy by overseeing both operational and tactical marketing efforts to boost customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including refining the user experience on our websites and executing targeted advertising campaigns.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within digital agencies or e-commerce companies.
- You possess a strong command of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- You are proficient in managing e-commerce platforms and analytical tools, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and you are comfortable working in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
