We are currently looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our e-commerce platform, focusing on optimizing the user experience from the homepage through to checkout to drive revenue and conversion growth.
Lead our CRM initiatives by analyzing customer behavior to develop and deploy personalized email and SMS marketing campaigns that foster long-term loyalty.
Collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and operations teams to manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and inventory fulfillment while ensuring our brand remains consistent across all third-party retail platforms.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience managing e-commerce platforms, with specific expertise in Shopify Plus.
A deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics, including Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
Proven success in executing conversion optimization strategies and managing customer relationship management programs.
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for the health and wellness space.

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members.
