About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level E-commerce Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the customer experience on our hybrid telehealth and e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of our product content, ensuring that every interaction a user has with our site reflects our brand and drives meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate, brand-appropriate product copy and content across our website to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with our operations team to manage product upsell opportunities, oversee catalog functionality, and execute A/B testing initiatives.
- Monitor weekly site search data to identify emerging trends, address content gaps, and uncover new opportunities for site optimization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of creative and operational skills, along with a proactive approach to project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and general e-commerce best practices.
- Practical experience working with CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or Strapi.
- The ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
