At Biobot Analytics, we are on a mission to transform wastewater infrastructure into powerful public health observatories. By leveraging technology originally developed at MIT, we measure biomarkers in sewage to provide communities with vital insights into population health. We are a high-growth, innovative startup, and we are looking for a passionate leader to help us scale our impact within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors.
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director or Manager to take ownership of our pipeline growth and customer acquisition strategies. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, overseeing our paid, owned, and organic marketing channels. This role is perfect for someone who understands the complexities of the healthcare ecosystem and knows how to translate technical data into compelling narratives. You will work closely with our sales, product, and subject matter expert teams to ensure our marketing efforts directly support our business goals and help us reach new heights in the biotech and life sciences industries.
A day in the life
- Develop and distribute high-impact content, such as case studies, eBooks, and white papers, designed to educate our audience and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget across paid search, social media, and other channels to ensure we are hitting our aggressive growth targets efficiently.
- Collaborate across departments to design and execute account-based marketing initiatives that meet the specific needs of diverse customer segments.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with 7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors. You possess a deep understanding of the modern MarTech stack, including platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, and you are comfortable using data to drive decision-making. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building foundational processes from the ground up. You communicate clearly in English, and you have a proven ability to present complex strategies to executive leadership with confidence and clarity.
