What you bring
As our Director of Web Strategy, you will operate at the vital intersection of product, marketing, design, and engineering. This full-time executive role is available to candidates located anywhere, offering a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for driving our web presence through a blend of technical fluency and creative storytelling. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team to build a world-class digital experience on SurveyMonkey.com.
- Defining and executing a clear strategic roadmap that supports our global growth and customer experience objectives.
- Partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to optimize user journeys and drive continuous improvement through rigorous experimentation.
Requirements
We are seeking a data-obsessed leader with at least 12 years of experience in growth product management or growth marketing. You should have a proven track record of scaling web strategies within SaaS organizations, specifically focusing on conversion rate optimization and SEO. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, WordPress, and Figma is essential, as is a deep understanding of UI design and CMS platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative communicator who is fluent in English and possesses the ability to lead diverse, global teams while maintaining a performance-driven mindset.
