We're looking for an experienced Director, Web Development to join our Digital Marketing team. This is a remote role. Reporting to the, Senior Director, Web Development you'll be responsible for:
- Lead and mentor remote teams of developers and QA engineers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of websites using Drupal, React, and Next.js (or similar) to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Establish best practices for front-end, back-end, and QA processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to align web development initiatives with company goals.
- Manage project workflows using tools such as Asana, JIRA, or similar platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10+ years proven experience as a Director or Senior Manager of Web Development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise with Acquia and Netlify platforms.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js) and proficiency with project management tools like Asana, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Advanced certifications in web development or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM).

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
