Zscaler is the world’s largest security cloud operator, dedicated to making the cloud a safe and efficient space for enterprise users. We are looking for a Director of Web Development to join our global Digital Marketing team and help us tell our story through innovative, high-performing web experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor remote teams of developers and QA engineers to foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Oversee the development and maintenance of our web presence using Drupal, React, and Next.js to ensure top-tier security and performance.
Define and enforce best practices across front-end, back-end, and quality assurance workflows.
Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our web initiatives align with broader company objectives.
Manage project lifecycles using tools like JIRA or Asana to ensure we meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Must-haves

At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership or director role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on expertise with Acquia and Netlify platforms.
Strong technical proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, specifically React and Next.js.
Proven ability to manage and support remote teams distributed across multiple time zones.
Deep understanding of quality assurance processes and project management software.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Practical experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or CSM.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
