The Opportunity
Benefits Advocate seeks a visionary product leader to shape and execute a game-changing AI product within the government benefits space. This is a pivotal role for an exceptional individual to make a lasting impact on the lives of those seeking benefits while transforming how government agencies operate.
As our Director/VP of Product Management, you will take ownership of our product vision and drive its transformation into a world-class SaaS tool. You'll leverage your deep product intuition and cross-functional leadership to:
* Translate complex problems into actionable solutions: Distill business requirements, federal regulations, and applicant needs into a compelling product roadmap that delivers measurable value.
* Drive innovation and impact: Champion the use of AI to optimize disability claim processing, reducing wait times for applicants and costs for government agencies.
* Build with excellence: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create an intuitive and transformative SaaS product or enterprise tool.
* Become a domain expert: Deeply understand the legal, medical, and technological complexities of disability claims and how AI can optimize workflows.
