The opportunity

We are searching for a Director or VP of Product who will own the vision for our flagship SaaS product and turn that vision into a tool agencies and applicants rely on every day. In this role you will set the direction for how artificial intelligence can simplify disability-claim workflows, reduce processing times, and deliver measurable value to both citizens and federal partners. Your work will sit at the center of our mission, guiding every product decision from early research through launch and iteration.

A day in the life

• You translate shifting federal regulations, user research, and business goals into a living product roadmap that engineering, design, and operations teams can rally around.
• You champion new AI capabilities that cut wait times for applicants and lower administrative costs for agencies, testing ideas quickly and measuring their real-world impact.
• You partner daily with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine features, ensuring the final experience feels intuitive for people navigating complex benefits systems.

Who you are

You have already taken products from first concept to broad adoption, whether those products served everyday consumers or sophisticated enterprise users. You are energized by hard problems that affect real lives and society at large. Leading across functions comes naturally to you; you build trust, align priorities, and keep teams moving toward a shared outcome. You are comfortable in technical conversations, able to turn user needs into clear requirements that engineers can build. Experience in legal, medical, or AI domains is a plus, giving you a running start in this highly regulated space. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration across our remote team.
