Our team has developed an advanced AI platform that optimizes the application process, ensuring submissions are accurate and tailored to specific program requirements. By simplifying these complex workflows, we help applicants get the support they need while reducing the administrative load on government agencies. We are looking for a visionary Director or VP of Product to join us in a full-time, remote capacity to lead the evolution of our SaaS tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that turns complex federal regulations and business needs into actionable, high-impact solutions.
- Spearhead AI-driven innovation to improve disability claim processing, focusing on reducing wait times for users and lowering operational costs for our partners.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and scale a world-class SaaS product that is both intuitive and technically robust.
Requirements
We are seeking an executive-level leader with a proven history of bringing sophisticated software products from initial concept to broad adoption. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong experience in Product Management, specifically with a track record of delivering products that users love.
- Technical fluency that allows you to engage in deep discussions with engineering teams and translate user needs into precise technical requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align diverse teams around a unified vision.
- A passion for solving complex, real-world problems that have a tangible, positive impact on society.
- While not required, prior domain expertise in the legal, medical, or AI sectors is considered a significant advantage.
