What you bring

As our Director of Strategic Capture for the U.S. Army, you will serve in an executive, full-time role based in the United States. You will be responsible for leading our long-term business development and capture strategy, ensuring our growth is aligned with the modernization and transformation priorities of the Army. Your daily efforts will center on these key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive capture strategy that integrates our business units to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities within the Army enterprise.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Army and Army Aviation, serving as our primary interface for high-level engagements.
• Influencing Army roadmaps and acquisition approaches to ensure our AI, autonomy, and unmanned systems are positioned to meet future operational needs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings over 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or capture within the Department of Defense. You must possess a deep understanding of Army acquisition systems and decision-making processes. Success in this role requires a proven track record of leading major captures valued at over $50 million. You should be an expert communicator capable of influencing senior military stakeholders, and you must hold an active Secret clearance, with Top Secret preference. We value candidates who have an advanced degree in a field such as business, engineering, or public policy, along with specific experience in AI, unmanned systems, or command and control technologies.
