What you bring

As our Director of Software Engineering for AI Enablement, you will serve as a technical leader who bridges the gap between complex business needs and innovative AI solutions. This full-time role is based in the United States, operating on a hybrid schedule that requires in-office attendance three days a week. You will be instrumental in guiding our engineering strategy while fostering a culture of technical excellence and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Partnering with data scientists, product leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and evolve our strategic prompting and AI integration frameworks.
• Driving continuous improvement across our engineering practices, including the implementation of advanced MLOps and DevOps methodologies to keep our systems at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with at least 10 years of hands-on technical experience and a strong background in software development leadership. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, including mastery of Agile methodologies, Git, microservice design, and automated testing. We value candidates who are comfortable challenging the status quo and possess the analytical mindset necessary to solve complex problems. Proficiency in Python and FastAPI is essential, as is experience with cloud platforms like Azure and modern MLOps patterns. Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively present our strategic vision to executive leadership and collaborate across our organization.
