The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to report directly to our VP of Corporate Marketing. In this role, you will be the architect of our social media strategy, leading a talented team to elevate our brand presence and showcase our thought leadership to enterprise B2C brands and agencies. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that our social channels not only reflect our identity but also serve as a powerful engine for business growth and innovation.
A day in the life
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy that aligns directly with our business objectives and revenue goals.
- You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- You will collaborate across departments, including Product, Content, and Sales, to integrate social media into the broader buyer journey and present performance insights to our executive leadership.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a passion for building high-performing teams. You bring the following experience and skills to our organization:
- Over 10 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 5 years spent in leadership roles.
- A proven track record of developing strategies for B2B SaaS companies, ideally within the marketing technology space.
- Strong expertise in analytics, attribution, and budget management, with a clear ability to tie social efforts to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and the nuances of the creator economy.
