The role
We are searching for a Director of SEO and Demand Generation Content to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position for someone who understands how to bridge the gap between technical search engine optimization and high-conversion content strategy. You will be the primary owner of our organic growth strategy, working closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure our digital footprint is both highly visible and deeply engaging.
Core responsibilities
- Direct our comprehensive SEO strategy, including the management of external agency partners, to maximize organic growth and search visibility.
- Lead and mentor a high-impact team of content creators to produce assets that effectively nurture leads across the entire marketing funnel.
- Oversee technical SEO initiatives, such as site architecture, JavaScript rendering, and schema markup, while collaborating with developers to optimize site performance and crawlability.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the modern search landscape and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies. We value candidates who have experience in the following areas:
- Proven expertise in SEO, content strategy, and demand generation within an enterprise setting.
- Technical proficiency in managing CMS platforms, JavaScript, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong architectural knowledge to support large-scale website migrations and multi-region site management.
