What you bring
As our Director of Product Pricing, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping our pricing models to maximize profitability and maintain our competitive edge. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a blend of market intelligence, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our pricing strategies reflect current market dynamics and support our long-term growth. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive B2B pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and market conditions.
- Partnering with internal teams to monitor cost fluctuations and supply chain dynamics to ensure our pricing remains accurate and profitable.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across the organization to evaluate margin impacts and provide data-driven recommendations for pricing adjustments.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in pricing strategy, particularly within the technology sector. You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of pricing models, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You must be a strong communicator who can navigate cross-functional environments with ease, and you should be comfortable adapting to the fast-paced nature of our industry. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be adept at managing documentation and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
