About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Product Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level position where you will lead our product marketing strategy to advance our corporate purpose software category. You will be responsible for guiding our go-to-market plans, defining sales strategies, and collaborating across departments to meet our revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of product marketers to execute high-impact product launches and go-to-market strategies that align with our broader business goals.
- Develop and refine our pricing and packaging strategies for both new and existing products to drive monetization and market expansion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Client Success, to ensure our messaging and positioning effectively communicate the value of our solutions to the market.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in product marketing or product management within the B2B SaaS sector, with at least 5 years spent in a leadership role.
- Proven success in launching differentiated B2B products and managing global pricing and packaging strategies.
- Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across an organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, ranging from C-level executives to prospective clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate market analysis and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
