As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to help define and execute our go-to-market strategy while becoming a deep expert on our product, our clients, and the broader market.
Key outcomes
- Create and manage frameworks for go-to-market insights, including competitive research, win/loss analysis, and buyer behavior studies.
- Craft compelling positioning and value propositions that resonate with our target verticals and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with revenue marketing to build narratives that support demand generation and revenue growth.
- Oversee product and feature launches to ensure they effectively capture attention and drive engagement.
- Lead the product marketing team by setting clear goals, tracking performance through Objectives and Key Results, and mentoring team members.
- Develop impactful client stories that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our platform.
- Support partner marketing initiatives and establish guidelines for cross-functional go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing or product management within the B2B SaaS sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex software capabilities into clear user value.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, particularly in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience working across departments such as engineering, sales, client success, and operations to execute campaigns.
- A track record of effective people management and cross-functional collaboration.
- The ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced, remote environment while balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
