What you'll be doing

• You will define the long-term vision and strategy for our product marketing efforts, ensuring our creative tools are positioned effectively to reach and resonate with our audience.
• You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establishing the frameworks and operational systems necessary to drive successful product launches and cross-functional alignment.
• You will serve as a strategic partner to our product and design departments, using deep customer research and data analysis to influence our roadmap and ensure the creator's perspective remains at the heart of our decisions.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this executive role, you should possess a strong background in product marketing and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Over 12 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within consumer mobile, creative software, or prosumer technology sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a proven ability to coach talent and foster professional growth.
• Expertise in developing messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for complex product portfolios.
• A deep understanding of customer research and data-driven decision-making to translate user needs into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to tell compelling stories that simplify complex ideas for both internal stakeholders and our creative community.
• A passion for photography and a genuine empathy for the creator mindset.

What you'll get
