We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our remote team and lead strategic initiatives across our e-commerce, point of sale, loyalty, fintech, and adtech product lines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and External Affairs teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for our core product offerings.
- Navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the cannabis industry while managing competing priorities across our diverse B2B customer segments.
- Oversee the full product marketing lifecycle, from initial ideation through to post-launch scaling for our SaaS, fintech, and adtech opportunities.
- Develop high-impact content and sales enablement tools to support our sales organization and drive product adoption.
- Partner with leadership to build an efficient, scalable marketing team capable of driving growth in a rapidly evolving market.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within high-growth B2B sectors like fintech, e-commerce, or adtech.
- A proven track record of driving growth and success within nascent or highly regulated industries.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives around complex technical products.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and executive leadership.
- A creative, self-starting approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with minimal oversight.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern project management software.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and other next-generation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and campaign personalization.
- A versatile, hands-on mindset with the willingness to contribute to content creation, website optimization, and email marketing.
- Candidates based in the Boston area are preferred.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000, with final compensation determined by your specific skills and experience.
