Director, Product Marketing (Technical) at Halcyon

The role

We are looking for an executive-level Director of Product Marketing to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-visibility position where you will lead the marketing and sales strategy for our core anti-ransomware products and professional services. You will act as a bridge between our technical teams and the market, requiring a deep understanding of EPP, EDR/XDR, and network security. We need a leader who is comfortable presenting, writing, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to create high-impact content, including datasheets, video demos, battlecards, and objection-handling assets.
• Manage the content roadmap for new product releases and refine existing messaging based on the evolving cybersecurity landscape and competitor analysis.
• Represent Halcyon as a subject matter expert by speaking at conferences, conducting webinars, and engaging with technical analyst firms like Gartner and Forrester.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in product marketing, sales enablement, or solutions architecture.
• Deep technical knowledge of endpoint security, including EPP and EDR/XDR solutions, with the ability to demo products without a script.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of public speaking and presentation.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive base salary range of 152,000 USD to 200,000 USD. In addition to base pay, our benefits package includes:
