What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product & Lifecycle Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position designed for a strategic thinker who is ready to lead our marketing efforts on a global scale. You will be instrumental in shaping how we communicate our value to the market and ensuring our product strategies align with the evolving needs of our customers.
What will you do?
- Define and lead our comprehensive product marketing strategy, including establishing roadmaps, setting priorities, and managing key metrics.
- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market research, planning, and campaign tracking to ensure our initiatives hit the mark.
- Manage and mentor a specialized team of product and lifecycle marketing experts while driving alignment across our product, sales, and marketing departments.

To succeed in this role, you should be a product marketing expert with a deep understanding of the insurance landscape. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in product or lifecycle marketing within the commercial insurance sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with both wholesale and retail distribution channels.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends in data and solve complex problems.
- A proven track record of leadership in matrixed environments, including the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
- Fluency in English.
