We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead our talented team in building a seamless, impactful experience for our three-sided marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Partner with research, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ship strategic, high-impact products.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class design team while fostering an inclusive and productive culture.
- Set the bar for design excellence, including product reasoning, systems thinking, mobile prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with design leadership and the VP of Design to evolve our creative direction and information architecture.
- Develop clear strategic visions and break them down into pragmatic, actionable phases for the team to execute.
Must-haves
- Proven experience designing and shipping successful products, with a strong focus on mobile platforms.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing, happy design teams.
- Expertise in navigating complex systems, ambiguity, and experimentation.
- Ability to articulate design decisions from high-level strategy down to pixel-level details.
- Strong communication skills and a humble, curious approach to leadership.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $255,000 to $270,000.
