Role at a glance
We are looking for a Director of Product Design to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level leadership role where you will guide our design strategy and manage teams across our Marketplace pillar. Whether you are based in the United States, Canada, or the Philippines, you can contribute to our mission from anywhere.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a team of designers within our Marketplace pillar, fostering a culture of curiosity, openness, and high-quality execution.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define product strategy and create a compelling design vision that guides our long-term roadmap.
- Empower your team to deliver exceptional user experiences that solve real problems for both homeowners and service professionals.
What you'll need

- At least 6 years of experience in design leadership, specifically managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive large-scale organizational change.
- A proven track record of leading visioning work that shapes product direction.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience scaling teams, managing other managers, or working within two-sided marketplaces.
