What you bring
We are searching for a strategic Director of Product and Solutions Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in the United States, you will lead our product marketing efforts, ensuring our messaging resonates with the market and supports our rapid growth. Your work will be central to our success as we continue to scale our cloud-native solutions.
- Develop and execute core product and solution messaging that highlights our unique strengths and addresses specific customer use cases.
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of our product marketing team to ensure a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Drive cross-functional go-to-market strategies by partnering with product management, sales, and solutions architects to ensure alignment across all channels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure software. You should have at least eight years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving high-impact initiatives in a B2B enterprise environment. We value candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex market intelligence into actionable strategies. You must be fluent in English and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setting.
