What is this role?
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to join us as our Director, Performance Marketing. This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely. In this role, you will lead our performance marketing efforts, focusing on the development and execution of our paid acquisition strategy to drive profitable growth for the company.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy, utilizing your deep understanding of our products and the digital landscape to optimize our return on investment.
- Lead and inspire a team of growth marketers, overseeing execution across channels such as Paid Social, SEM, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
- Partner closely with our product, brand, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap and ensure we are delivering cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-driven leader with a passion for customer acquisition. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and skills:
- At least 7 years of experience leading performance marketing teams and managing 8-figure annual budgets within a B2C environment.
- A deep level of specialization in SEM and other direct response channels, combined with a strong command of marketing unit economics, LTV/CAC, and attribution.
- Proven success in driving rapid growth over a multi-year period, along with an analytical mindset that allows you to interpret data and apply it to real-world marketing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed approach to building growth machines.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
