What you bring
We are seeking an executive-level Director of Performance Marketing and Operations to join us on a full-time basis at our office in New York. In this role, you will act as a strategic storyteller who excels at simplifying complex data to empower our business development teams. You will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive global performance marketing strategy, including account-based marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborating across our digital, events, content, and product marketing teams to develop impactful, cross-channel campaigns.
- Managing our marketing technology stack and automation roadmap, ensuring our tools provide actionable insights and high-quality leads for our business development partners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist who balances high-level planning with hands-on execution. You should possess at least 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in B2B marketing. We require deep expertise in Marketo, including certification, alongside proficiency in Salesforce, Bizible, Excel, and Tableau. You must be an excellent communicator capable of building relationships across large, fast-paced organizations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, and you should be comfortable presenting to sales leadership and willing to travel as needed.
