We are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing and Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. At Komodo Health we reduce the global burden of disease by turning real-world patient data into the industry’s most complete view of U.S. healthcare-the Healthcare Map. Our software applications help partners track patient behaviors, close gaps in care, and answer healthcare’s toughest questions. You will lead national-scale demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth, customer retention, and revenue expansion while working alongside Dragons who value growth, collaboration, and delivering impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and run multi-channel campaigns-digital advertising, email, and web optimization-that generate qualified leads and support customer renewals.
- Design and manage account-based marketing programs that deliver tailored messages to priority accounts and measure their direct effect on sales growth.
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Marketing Operations to keep messaging consistent and ensure every tactic supports company growth targets.
Requirements
- At least eight years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand generation, ideally within B2B healthcare SaaS or analytics.
- Proven project-management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from brief to results.
- Deep working knowledge of marketing-automation and ABM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Demandbase.
- Strong analytical mindset that turns performance data into clear recommendations and strategic adjustments.
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
What we offer
The salary range for this role is $162,000–$253,000 USD.
