We are looking for a visionary Director of Partnerships to join our remote-first team and take ownership of 25% of our company revenue.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the development and execution of our strategic alliance and channel partnership programs, with a focus on designing and scaling initiatives that create new revenue streams.
- You will identify, recruit, and onboard key partners, such as MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, and consulting firms, to drive significant growth for our business.
- You will cultivate high-level relationships with partner executives and decision-makers to design joint go-to-market strategies and manage the full lifecycle of these partnerships from prospecting to revenue generation.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in channel partnerships or strategic alliances, specifically within the SaaS or ISV landscape.
- A deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC market dynamics, combined with strong technical acumen regarding APIs and integration opportunities.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, revenue quota management, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team from the ground up.
- Fluency in English and a demonstrated ability to manage executive-level relationships.
