Director of Trade Marketing at Juneshine

We are looking for a Director of Trade Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. At JuneShine Brands, we are building a next-generation beverage platform that offers high-quality, purpose-driven products for a new generation of drinkers. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our brand, sales, and distributor networks, creating programs that bring our diverse portfolio to life and drive real growth in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching trade and field marketing strategy for our entire portfolio, including retail activations, events, festivals, and promotional partnerships.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to specific brands, channels, and regions while ensuring full alignment with our sales goals and distributor partners.
• Manage divisional marketing budgets and utilize data-driven insights from platforms like Nielsen and VIP to optimize spend and measure key performance indicators such as volume and velocity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated builder who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing within the beverage industry, such as beer, wine, spirits, or THC products.
• You must be at least 21 years of age and currently reside in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with the ability to travel 8 to 12 days per month.
• Proven expertise in managing complex budgets, negotiating high-value partnerships, and utilizing marketing analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across sales, brand, and creative teams.
