What is this role?

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership position where you will manage our most critical relationships with frontier model creators. You will lead a team of 5 Strategic Account Executives and help us expand our footprint by securing new high-value partnerships. This role is available to candidates anywhere and operates on a hybrid work model.

What will you do?

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5 Strategic Account Executives while establishing clear performance metrics and professional growth pathways.
  • Design and implement a robust operating model for our strategic accounts, including the creation of scalable account planning frameworks, sales methodologies, and effective playbooks.
  • Maintain direct ownership of 2 to 3 of our most significant strategic accounts while overseeing the management of our broader portfolio and leading pipeline reviews to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

If you have experience with usage-based commercial models and land-and-expand strategies, you will be an especially strong addition to our team.
