Director of Solution Marketing at Hitachi Vantara Corporation

Hitachi Digital, a rapidly growing division headquartered in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Director of Solution Marketing to join our team. We leverage Hitachi’s 110-year legacy of innovation to provide end-to-end digital transformation services, helping global brands redefine their customer relationships through advanced technology and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our overall solution marketing strategy, including messaging frameworks, asset roadmaps, and campaign planning.
• Create comprehensive, solution-based content that highlights our unique capabilities for diverse audiences, including clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage strategic collaborations with media partners and industry leaders to strengthen our position as a top-tier digital service provider.
• Oversee the production of go-to-market materials, such as success stories, pitch decks, and video assets, to effectively tell our story.
• Define and track marketing performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize impact and reach.
• Partner with cross-functional business and marketing teams to ensure all communications are consistent, innovative, and client-focused.

Must-haves

• Over 10 years of professional marketing experience, with a strong background in product marketing, content strategy, or ecommerce.
• Deep expertise in the technology services sector and a clear understanding of the digital requirements necessary to solve complex client challenges.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to measure performance, derive insights, and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeted messaging.
• Exceptional written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary for this position is $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and location.
