The role
We are seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact, Director-level position designed for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Initially, this will be a hands-on role where you will work independently to influence our revenue organization, with the future potential to build and lead your own team as we reach our next growth milestones.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across sales, product, marketing, and customer success to align our enablement programs with our aggressive company growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that shift our sales approach from transactional interactions to high-value enterprise partnerships, focusing on increasing deal sizes and retention.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for our internal sales team and our global network of channel partners.
Skills and experience
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity, product marketing, or sales, with a proven track record in sales enablement within high-growth technology companies.
- Strong proficiency in sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDIC, along with hands-on experience using SFDC.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively across diverse departments.
- A self-starting, proactive mindset with the project management capabilities to prioritize and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
