Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead our business development representative team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in the United States. We need an experienced professional who can drive our revenue growth and mentor our team to achieve new heights.

Your impact

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of business development representatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Design and execute comprehensive outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, social selling, and targeted email campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing departments to align on messaging, target accounts, and lead qualification criteria to ensure we hit our pipeline goals.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the MedTech industry and a proven history of success in sales development. We are looking for candidates who bring the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales development leadership with a track record of building successful teams.
• Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset to optimize our processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for coaching team members.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $230,000 to $290,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
