We are currently scaling rapidly following our recent Series C funding, and we are looking for someone to join our global team to drive our next phase of growth.
What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to join us on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will act as a strategic leader, working closely with our revenue organization to influence global adoption of our platform. You will initially operate in a hands-on capacity, with the potential to build and lead your own team as we reach key milestones. Your work will focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Collaborating with revenue, product, and marketing leaders to align enablement initiatives with our broader company growth objectives.
- Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to transform our sales approach into a value-based enterprise model that drives retention and upsell opportunities.
- Facilitating the onboarding and continuous development of our sales team and channel partners to ensure they remain highly productive and engaged.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at leading through influence rather than just authority. You should possess at least 7 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity, product marketing, or sales, ideally within a high-growth technology environment. Proficiency in sales processes and tools like SFDC is essential, as is familiarity with frameworks such as MEDDIC. You must have exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to communicate effectively across various departments. We require a high level of fluency in English to support our global operations.
