We are KRAFTON, a global organization driven by the belief that games have the power to connect the world. Based in Seoul, South Korea, we operate a collective of independent studios, including PUBG Studios, Striking Distance Studios, and Unknown Worlds, to create bold, innovative experiences like PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. We are currently seeking a Director of Publishing Insights for a full-time, on-site role in the United States. This is a strategic, executive-level position where you will build our insights discipline from the ground up, partnering with our marketing and growth teams to transform complex data into actionable strategies for our emerging titles.

Responsibilities

Lead the insights strategy by identifying key performance indicators early in the development process and serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and studio partners regarding data interpretation.
Oversee the gathering and application of insights by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to understand audience behaviors, motivations, and competitive landscapes.
Drive growth through rigorous hypothesis testing and the development of measurement plans, ensuring that reporting dashboards provide clear, actionable insights to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in an insights role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or sports industries.
Strong proficiency in research methodologies and data gathering, with hands-on experience using tools such as Gamesight, Qualtrics, Tableau, Brandwatch, GWI, MRI, and Nielsen.
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to build reporting dashboards, synthesize complex information, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
Demonstrated success as a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments.

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $195,000 to $230,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide the following benefit:
