We are looking for someone who is passionate about moving the needle in an industry that is ready for innovation, and who wants to work at the intersection of human impact and next-generation technology.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Product to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned product leader who thrives in high-ownership environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity to build transformative tools for classrooms.
What will you do?
- Define the vision and strategy for your domain by using market research, data insights, and feedback to build a roadmap that drives adoption and real-world impact.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of products, guiding them from initial concept through launch and iteration while ensuring seamless delivery across thousands of schools.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to develop AI-first experiences that provide personalized insights and recommendations to teachers and students.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to our team. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, specifically with a track record of scaling SaaS products.
- A history of success in startup or high-growth environments where you have managed complex product lifecycles.
- Strong AI literacy, including hands-on experience building or integrating AI and machine learning systems.
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to influence cross-functional partners and simplify complex ideas.
- A collaborative approach to leadership, with the ability to build alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
What's in it for you?
Joining Kiddom means you will be part of a team that values high-ownership and strategic thinking. You will have the opportunity to:
- Work at the center of a company that is disrupting the education technology space.
- Partner with a diverse group of engineers, designers, and educators to solve meaningful, real-world problems.
- Shape the future of classroom technology by building products that directly improve student growth and teacher efficiency.
