The role

We are hiring a Director of Product to lead strategy and execution for our AI-driven sales enablement platform. This is a full-time, remote position at the director level. You will guide product direction, oversee development, and ensure our offerings remain innovative, useful, and user-friendly while working with researchers, engineers, designers, and business teams.

Core responsibilities

• Shape and drive the overall product strategy by identifying market opportunities, assessing client needs, and prioritizing features that align with company goals and resources.
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from initial concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality standards across multiple releases.
• Manage the existing product portfolio by evaluating performance, recommending enhancements or retirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep offerings competitive and client-focused.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with extensive product management experience and a proven record of successful deliveries. You should have prior work in sales enablement or social networking, along with experience leading teams of product managers, designers, and engineers. A strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing is essential, as is business acumen for aligning product decisions with strategic objectives. Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to synthesize complex data into clear decisions. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is necessary; a master’s degree in business administration is preferred. All work is conducted in English.
