The role

We are looking for a strategic Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior leadership position designed for an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between deep technical innovation and market-facing strategy. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a distributed team to shape our global go-to-market efforts.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy, creating clear value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with both technical experts and executive decision-makers.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Senior Product Marketing Managers who oversee our solution marketing efforts across the Defense, Intelligence, and Enterprise sectors.
• Partner closely with our product management team to ensure our marketing priorities are perfectly aligned with our innovation roadmaps and technical release cycles.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical security knowledge and marketing leadership expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of B2B product marketing experience within the enterprise technology space, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Deep expertise in information security, specifically regarding mobile application security, penetration testing, threat detection, and vulnerability research.
• Experience working within DevSecOps environments is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of launching complex technical products and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience using market research and win/loss data to refine positioning and drive strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present to and influence executive stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, though a Master’s degree is preferred.
